We examine the relationship between public and private areas, entry sequences, circulation, furniture clearances, views and natural lighting. Depending on the agreed brief, deliverables may include concept layouts, spatial studies and architectural drawings.
2. Residential Interior Design & Renovation
For houses and apartments, our design process begins with the existing conditions: structural limitations, available services, room proportions, daylight, family routines and the intended investment. We develop practical solutions for kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, entrances and whole-home renovation.

3. Modern & Classical Building Façades
Façade concepts consider the actual window and door locations, compositional balance, materials, sun exposure and detailing. We explore modern, contemporary Iranian, classical and neoclassical architectural languages where appropriate to the building and project requirements.

4. Jewellery Stores, Boutiques & Specialist Retail
Display visibility, window design, lighting quality, customer movement and the relationship between showcases and sales counters are central to retail planning. We also consider operational and security requirements that must be coordinated with relevant specialists.

We plan guest circulation, seating, service workflow, visual identity and lighting, considering the implications of kitchen services, ventilation, acoustics and accessibility early in the project. Technical compliance and local approvals require qualified local coordination.

6. Villas, Roof Gardens & Outdoor Spaces
Villa designs focus on privacy, site orientation, daylight, views, indoor–outdoor connections and the organisation of shared and private zones. Both modern and classical concepts are developed from the plan and site conditions. Landscape and roof terrace proposals consider the climate, maintenance and technical constraints.

Remote architectural design for international clients
Our studio is based in Tabriz, Iran. Online consultations and design work may be arranged for clients in other countries when the available surveys and project information are suitable. Site measurements, local building codes, statutory approvals and construction supervision must be arranged separately with appropriate local professionals.

- Initial brief and review of plans, photographs, dimensions and location.
- Agreed scope, design outputs, fee and timeline.
- Concept and design development with review milestones.
- Delivery of agreed drawings and visual material; further technical coordination if contracted.
