A distinctive boutique with Gothic-inspired arches
Designed by Architect Nafiseh Ghavidel · Nafiseh Ghavidel Architecture
This jewellery boutique concept for Kish Island was designed remotely by Architect Nafiseh Ghavidel. Neoclassical symmetry combines with pointed-arch details to create an identifiable visual language for the storefront, wall showcases and customer counter.
Architectural concept and design visualisations, not evidence of completed construction.

The design problem
A jewellery store has to distinguish its brand while allowing the products to remain the visual priority. A highly ornate shop can easily distract from the merchandise and leave little room for clear circulation. Here the arches create a repeated framework at the perimeter, leaving the display zones visually legible.
Neoclassical order, Gothic accent
The project borrows symmetry, regular bays and a pale colour field from neoclassical interiors. Pointed arches and fine decorative profiles provide the Gothic-inspired accent. Their repetition across the entry and display wall helps the concept feel coherent rather than a collection of unrelated motifs.
Display counter and customer experience
The glass counter is the main meeting point between customer and staff. Dark backing inside the wall vitrines gives jewellery a stronger silhouette. The final layout must test aisle width, seating comfort, staff access, secure storage and visual supervision against measured dimensions. A rendering alone does not verify these.
Lighting and material strategy
Focused display lighting, soft ceiling illumination and a central chandelier establish different lighting layers. Real-world specification would require tests of colour rendering, glare on glass, reflections in mirrors, and product appearance. Light stone-like finishes and warm metal accents are proposed visually; actual products should be selected for durability, cleaning and cost.
Remote project workflow
Clients can send a measured shop plan, photographs, videos, product categories, brand references and budget range. Design can be discussed and coordinated online. Local technical consultants and appropriately qualified contractors must validate security, regulations and buildability before execution.
